In 2000, Blackleaf was created by Mark Webster. Mark used to skateboard when he was younger during the 70's. As time went on, Mark got better at skateboarding and took the skills that he learned and made used them in his career that would make him a world idol. He soon became the four time British snowboard champ during 1989 to 1993. After 1993, Mark worked in the industry and sold products that related to snowboarding, surfing, and skateboarding. After realising that he wanted to have his own company and means of making money, Mark created Blackleaf and became one of the industry's best retailer of products related to snowboarding, bmxing, and skating.
